Bespoke Solution
Although we have a ton of tried & tested processes that have proven highly successful, every company, brand, product and service tend to require something unique to guarantee growth. Rainmaker services, targets and associated fees are 100% bespoke to fit the requirments of the client.
Fixed Monthly Fee
No one likes surprises... especially if the success of your business depends on it. Rainmaker offers several packages starting at €1,999 per month with contract terms starting from 3 months upwards with relevant targets or KPIs in place.
Target/s Timeline
Targets and the time it takes to achieve these are essential to measure success, return on investment and also the effectiveness of Rainmakers services on your revenues. Not all targets are linked to sales and profits depending on what you want to achieve (e.g. Lead generation, database creation, public awareness & education, etc) but all targets are agreed with Rainmaker and the client prior to contract.
Message Positioning
You are an expert in your field. Your target clients may not be and based on our experience many companies miss key factors in their message positioning. This often leads to confusion about your product or service or the intended recipient of that message may not have the power to make a decision to purchase if they do indeed understand your offering. This is especially amplified if attempting to hit a new foreign market.

Product & Market Analysis
This often comes before setting targets and contracting Rainmaker to run your business development. We MUST be sure we are going to have a positive effect or we risk destroying a reputation that has taken us a couple of decades to establish. If we feel we cannot assist you or your business we will make sure you understand why before investing any more time or money into operations.
This in itself can be a sobering exercise for most business owners.
SALES PROCESS & CRM DEPLOYMENT
Selling and delivering that product or service to your new client MUST be set as a "process" that allows us to monitor one of the most important aspects of your business; revenue generation. Being able to plan your future sales (and product/service delivery) will ensure an ongoing pipeline of incoming revenue whilst ensuring you have the correct internal resources to deliver as well as growing your customer relationship which in itself will generate client loyalty and ongoing sales. Appropriate tools such as Customer Relationship Management applications will also be deployed and your staff trained in their use so you are able to monitor, test and adjust your processes based on undeniable evidence of positive results.
DIRECT & CHANNEL SALES IDENTIFICATION
By now we have completed the Product & Market Analysis, defined your message and who it's aimed at as well as implementing an efficient process to deliver that message and win the business. At this point, we positively identify your "target set" of end-user buyers (Direct Sales) we will approach as well as potential sales partners with an existing, established customer base already offering similar services or competing products (Channel Sales). Based on our initial analysis we now know EXACTLY why your service or product is better than your competitors... We now need to share this information with your future clients!

In some cases, instructing Rainmaker to deliver every aspect of your sales process (e.g. outsource your sales 100%) could be the most efficient way to start generating sales revenue. However, as the old saying goes, "Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will never be hungry again."; this is also true of sales. For this reason, we offer blended solutions for your sales operation which could mean Rainmaker essentially becomes your Sales Director, leading by example by delivering sales as well as training and mentoring a new or existing team to deliver all your sales internally.

- The “Suggested Revenue Target" or SRT is an example of minimum Return on Investment. We agree on targets with our clients prior to signing contracts.
Achieving targets usually results in a commission or “success fee" which we confirm with the client prior to signing any agreements.
